The detached holiday home. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property to the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facility, terrace and garden furniture.

Starigrad-Paklenica, district Seline. The holiday house is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

In summer: Adriatic Sea 20 m in Seline (beach 50 m in Seline with stones and bathing platforms). Diving in Starigrad 4 km. Climbing, kayaking, canoeing 4000 m in Starigrad.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric stove (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.

We enjoyed the holiday, more apartment excellently furnished, clean, equipped kitchen perfect, the house is a beautiful garden with the use of guests and our four-legged pets.

The owner was very friendly and outgoing, it was no problem to check into the house earlier.
The house is very well equipped and very clean.
The environment and location of the house is very good.
The beach needs just under a minute Zufuß, this is a rather small, manageable beach, which is not crowded.
The water is also very clean.
