Description
The studio is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facility, terrace, and garden furniture. Cot available on request free of charge.

Tučepi. The studio is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property and the street in front of the house. Parking is free and approximately 50 m from the house.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

allowed, EUR 8.00/pet per day.

Shopping 4 km, restaurant 250 m, town centre 5 km. Disco, doctor, pharmacy, bank each 6 km in Makarska. Train station in Split 65 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 2.5 km in Tučepi (beach 2.5 km in Tučepi with pebbles). Horse riding in Sinj 70 km. Tennis, diving, water sports each 2.5 km in Tučepi.

Kitchenette with electric stove (2 plates), refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer.

Vynimocne miesto s kludom vhodne pre par alebo mensiu rodinu. Domaci su skveli, laskavi, ustretovi, ochotni a velmi priatelski. Toto miesto mozem len odporucit. Velmi vhodne pre oddych a relax

A very nice cottage in a quiet location with great views to the sea and Biokovo mountains. Ideal for four-legged friends, since he has enough outlet in the fenced plot. Everything was there what you need. The landlords are very courteous, helpful, friendly and gave good advice on the environment and events. We would always book the house again.
