The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2010 and is modern and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing and court.

Prizba. The holiday apartement is located on a 1100 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the same house there are the apartment DAL KOR 046 (2 persons) 2 Holiday Flats of the type DAL KOR 002 (5 persons each) and the Fereinwohnung DAL KOR 023 (6 people). The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 70 m). Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.

Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Cooking nook with gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer. Bathroom (2 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
