Villa Ivan is the perfect choice for everyone who wants to enjoy peace, quiet, and nature. It consists of a large garden with olive trees, a heated pool, and a hot tub with sun loungers. There is also a covered summer kitchen with a grill and a large dining table.
On the ground floor, you'll find an elegant living room connected to the dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen of the villa.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and accommodates up to 6 people. The vacation home is located about 1 km from the nearest beach with crystal-clear water. In the center by the sea, there are shops, travel agencies, a bank, post office, and a doctor. The town of Vela Luka is about 4 km away.
Pets are allowed in the villa, the additional charge is 7 EUR per pet/per night.

Very nice house in Potirna

We stayed here for 14 days and can only recommend the house and the landlord. Very nice, friendly contact. The house is very clean, the pool is nice and is cleaned regularly by the landlord. The linen (bed and towels) are also changed after a week. Wifi works perfectly. The distance to Vela Luka is short and there are nice bays nearby. We are completely satisfied and will gladly come back.
