Description
The main feature is the huge covered terrace with a large barbecue and outdoor dining area and a boccia field next to it. The pool is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor shower.
The house was originally built as a typical weekend home with carefully selected traditional interiors. It is stylishly furnished and fully equipped. The exterior and the garden have been cared for carefully and in harmony with the nature and so find a lot of trees and flowers around the house.
A covered private parking is located directly at the house.
This villa is best suited for a family or a couple. You will enjoy full comfort and tranquility. To the main entrance of the villa one reaches over the terrace. First, you enter the main living room, which includes living, dining and cooking area. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace. On the ground floor is the bathroom and a bedroom with king size bed. The stairs lead up to the two other bedrooms and a toilet.
In total there are three bedrooms with king size beds.

The villa enjoys a romantic location in the hilly landscape around the small coastal village Korčula. This beautiful Dalmatian stone house is a place where you can spend a relaxing holiday in complete privacy amidst lush nature and at the same time near the blue Adriatic Sea. Your holiday villa is located about 2 km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. In the center, In Vela Luka, about 5km to the sea you will find shops, travel agencies, a bank, a post office and a doctor.

Very nice house in Potirna
We stayed here for 14 days and can only recommend the house and the landlord. Very nice, friendly contact. The house is very clean, the pool is nice and is cleaned regularly by the landlord. The linen (bed and towels) are also changed after a week. Wifi works perfectly. The distance to Vela Luka is short and there are nice bays nearby. We are completely satisfied and will gladly come back.
