The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1970, renovated in 2018 and is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For common use are available: garden shower, grill possibility and court. Cot and washing machine at a surcharge.

Okrug Gornji. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property. Steep concrete access road 100 m.

Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 crib and access to the terrace (8 sqm). 2 bedrooms each (8 sqm) with 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living room with electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (8 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
