The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property. For exclusive use are available: garden shower, terrace, garden furniture and hollywood swing. Barbecue for common IWT.

Okrug Gornji. The holiday apartement is located on a 250 sqm, closed plot with flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The owner DAL CIO 119 (4 persons) and DAL CIO 120 (6 persons) located in the same house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Higher ground floor: Living room with TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (20 sqm, covered, garden furniture). Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and (only suitable under the year of 12). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace (garden furniture, together with bedroom). Separate toilet with WC.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
Costs on the spot: On request: air conditioning 5 € per object per day. washing machine 5 € per stage of washing programme based on usage.
