Combining winter and sea
We didn't use the pool at this time of year (December), although it was well maintained. We also went for long walks along the Costa Blanca coast, which was only about 1.25 hours away by car. There were actually quite a few people in the sea here. We had very nice walks in and around Ayora and enjoyed the beautiful landscape.
This valley in Ayora is one of the three most beautiful in Spain! The accommodation is very nice. We found the crackling fireplace very romantic. The sun was shining very often and it was very pleasant to stay outside. We often had a barbecue in the grill house. We will gladly come here again in the summer. We can only recommend this very romantic property.

Simply with a lot of attention to detail in and around the house! We were very enthusiastic.
Very fair price-performance ratio.
Even on very hot days and the prevailing very low humidity we could enjoy this climate very, very well!

Super spring experience
Here, too, the almond blossom was already in full swing. Everywhere in the neighbourhood, these magnificent trees are in blossom. A little later than on Mallorca. Even a lot of the existing rose bushes around the lovely pool were already in bloom. The climate was already very pleasantly warm. We spent most of our time outdoors, as there are so many possibilities on the whole property of approx. 1,400m². The children were always riding their bikes and bicycles on the beautiful paved paths around the village. Most of the time we ate and barbecued outside. Even when it rained once, we could take advantage of the large roofing of the terrace and linger outside. In the house itself everything is top, loving and above all clean.
We are already looking forward to the summer, as we would like to spend it here.

Long term nice weather guarantee in a fantastic finca
We had top weather all the time, which made the actual accommodation particularly recommendable, as the natural shading of the terraces and pool landscape always made it possible to spend a whole day outdoors in the sun or shade. In addition to the great landscape, there were countless really good typical Spanish bars-restaurants with prices for a multi-course menu including drinks of 10-14 €. A really nice house with great surroundings that was also suitable for us as long-term guests. Spain was still Spain for us here. The landlord would not need an exchange, as the same guests book here almost every time. We have been here several times now and are only now evaluating, as this was not a flash in the pan! Even with small clumsiness such as fuse out, charcoal forgotten, or other things, the local house service was on the spot at short notice. The alarm system provided additional security in case of absence. So now enough of the evaluation.

Great property, amazing landscape, great climate (about 33% humidity) at 38° C.
Everything is great, great locations, beautiful pool area, the separate caravan for the kids is great. The beach (Costa Blanca Alicante) is about 1 hour away by car.
