Description
The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house and is functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place. Badminton, croquet and 2 golf pits. Volleyball playground. Cot is available on request. In summer you can buy for the BBQ in the garden fuel the landlord.
Location
Košťálov, 400 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2500 sqm, closed garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartment is located right on the border between the Giant Mountains (region Spindleruv Mlyn) and Bohemian Paradise (Region Semily). Thus, it is very well suited as a starting point for many excursions, for example to Spindleruv Mlyn in the Giant Mountains or the Bohemian Paradise Kozákov. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) in the carport and on the property.

Outdoor pool (diameter 4.6 m, depth 1 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of August.

Super well-kept property with barbecue area, swimming pool, large meadow, sitting area, fireplace - just great. The numbers are very clean and nicely decorated and in the kitchen you will find everything you need. The landlords are very nice and helpful in everything.
