The standig individually holiday home, built in 2003 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

Bozkov, 650 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 800 sqm, closed plot, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Garden fenced on 3 sides. The cosily furnished Holiday House is located in a small town in the Krkonoše (Giant Mountains) Foothills. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: underfloor heating. (Underfloor heating - for heating only). In winter, the fireplace is heated in the fireplace with ventilation to the next room. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 3,66 m, depth 0,91 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from mid of June to mid of September.

Cooking nook in the living room with dining area (8 seats), access to the terrace, electric stove (4 plates), oven, fridge (150 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, shower, 1 sink and window. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (16 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 extra beds (only suitable for children), 1 cot and access to the balcony (12 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs, together with bedroom). Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.

The house is in a great environment. The restaurant in the immediate vicinity is very great. As well as the cave in Boskov is highly recommended.
A larger fridge and game objects such. For example, in the garden or a sandpit would be desirable.

The stay in the holiday object has us very well gefallen.Das house is very spacious and offers plenty of space for 6-8 Personen.Die equipment was located in a small object gut.Das Dorf.Bei heavy snow but you have a little more time for the einplanen.Ansonsten way to the ski slopes, the value for money was very good.
