The detached holiday home, built in 1992 and renovated in 2013, is functionally furnished. The property is located on a farm, in the village centre. The residence is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Horní Branná, 500 m a.s.l. The holiday house is located on a farm, on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 30 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late September, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is covered and step-free, and leads via the terrace directly into the vestibule with doors to all rooms.
Ground floor: Lounge (32 sqm, through-room) with seating area, TV, dining area (20 places) and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 4 tables, 20 chairs). Kitchen (20 sqm) with electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (600 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine. Bathroom (6 sqm) with bathtub, washing machine, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom (9 sqm) with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each (16 sqm) with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. Bathroom (4 sqm) with bathtub and 1 washbasin. Separate WC (2 sqm) with WC.

It lacked the coziness, lamps in the bedrooms and sockets. Price performance ratio was not right, furthermore, the house was not alone on the property. Best regards Beate Rehm
