Description
The detached holiday home, renovated in 2017, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site.
Location
Harrachov, 665 m ASL. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Please bring slippers. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 50 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the street in front of the house.

Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on a bunk bed (upper bunk), 1 bunk bed and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 additional beds on a bunk bed (upper bunks), 1 bunk bed and TV. Kitchen with TV, dining area (14 seats), electric cooker (induction hob, 2 rings), dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and a small oven. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC.
1st floor: Bathroom with shower and WC.
Attic: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 additional beds on a double pull-out sofa, TV and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on a couch/sofa and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC.

Great villa in a very good, quiet area, close to hiking and cycling trails. The center is within walking distance.
We had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a playroom, a sauna and a dining room that could easily accommodate our group of 11 people. Excellent contact with the owner. We felt great there.
