Horní Maršov, 600 m a.s.l. The holiday house is situated on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (length 10 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Bathroom (15 sq m) with shower fitting, shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate WC (2 sq m) with 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Living/bedroom (50 sq m, walkthrough room) with 1 double bed and sleeping accommodation in the attic.

The house is very nice. It is decorated with great taste.
The location is ok. Ski bus, rental station and small business for the most necessary and restaurant "Na Kopeki" are good.
