The detached holiday home, built in 1876, is functionally and typically furnished in the local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its view of the forests and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Buřany, 700 m a.s.l. The holiday house is located on an open garden plot with a meadow. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It is forbidden to use outdoor shoes in the house; please bring slippers. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Electric heating, underfloor heating. Heat pump. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WiFi) and washing machine.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, can be heated, 1.5 m x 3 m, 1.2 m deep).

Kitchen with electric hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with 2 washbasins. Bathroom with shower. 3 separate WCs each with WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. Ski room. Bathroom with 2 washbasins. Separate WC with WC.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
Please observe quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

The house provided both space for social gathering and quiet time for individuals. You can drive super entrainment by car, but also on foot.
