The holiday apartment is located in a terraced house built in 2006 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and the sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site. Ski or bicycle room for shared use with a lockable ski cabinet per holiday apartment.
Location
Benecko, 750 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The building has 4 holiday apartments CSR RIG 161 (each for 4 people), 3 of these have 2 bedrooms, 1 of these has only 1 bedroom, the units are allocated based on availability, but still, the unit with 1 bedroom is nicer and after renovation. There is also a studio CSR RIG 162 (for 2 people). Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August 5 m x 2 m 1.2 m deep).

The area offers many hiking and cycling trails. In winter: Ski lift 200 m in Benecko. Ski resort 800 m in Benecko. Ski rental, ski school, cross-country ski trail each 300 m in Benecko.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with TV, electric stove (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
