Description

The detached holiday home, renovated in 2015, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet hillside location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and a campfire site. The children's chair refers to a growing chair for children under 4 years old.

Location
Pec pod Snezkou, district Velká Úpa, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access to the house is uphill. The holiday home is located above the well-known holiday resort. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and one parking space in town (distance 300 m). Parking for 3 cars in summer (2 cars in winter) at the guesthouse for a fee. In the summer months, the fee of 200 CZK is paid at a machine in the village below the hill and is valid for the whole week. In winter, access to the building is prohibited, parking is at the central car park 300 m from the guesthouse for a fee of 250 CZK / car / day.

Town of Trutnov with indoor pool, ice stadium and many leisure opportunities 23 km. In summer: Outdoor pool Sejfy 15 km in Mladé Buky. Golf in Horní Maršov 15 km. Tennis in Pec pod Snezkou 3 km. Outdoor pool in Trutnov 25 km. Good hiking and cycling conditions. Cable car to the Schneekoppe 3 km. Chairlift Portasky with bike transport 200 m. In winter: Ski lift 200 m in Pec pod Snezkou. Ski area 3 km in Pec pod Snezkou. Ski bus 580 m. Ski rental, ski school each 3 km in Pec pod Snezkou. Ski area Velka Upa - Portasky (1464 mASL) 200 m. This is directly accessible from the house and features a triple chairlift, 2 ski lifts, snowmaking system, night skiing, ski rental and ski school. Ski area Cerna Hora in Janske Lazne 10 km.

1st floor: Living room with seating area, TV, radio, stereo system, CD player and dining area (6 seats). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher capsules are not provided. Tchibo machine available (capsules are not provided). Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate WC with toilet.
2nd floor: Lounge with 2 extra beds on couch/sofa, TV, fireplace, radio, stereo system, CD player, dining area (8 seats) and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen (through-room) with dining area (5 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher capsules are not provided. Tchibo machine available (capsules are not provided). Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate WC with toilet.
