The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2015 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet hillside location. For sole use are available: grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place. Kinderstuhg is about growing stools for children under 4 years of age.
Location
Pec pod Snezkou, district Velká Úpa, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Driveway uphill to the house. The house is located above the popular resort. The access goes via a mountain road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 300 m). Parking for 3 cars in summer (2 cars in winter) by the pension for a fee. In the summer months, the fee of 200 CZK is paid at a machine in the village under the hill and is valid for the whole week. In winter, access to the building is prohibited, parking is possible in the central parking lot 300 m from the pension for a fee of 250 CZK / car / day.

We have been around for 8 years in this house and have to thank for major progress in the house. in recent years is really very much (bathrooms, flooring, ski new) happened.
Thanks also to the manager who always was there when there were problems. Please extend further to the homeowner.

The house is well equipped for the conditions in the Czech Republic. It is particularly positive to note that one lives alone in the house and not with the landlords or other tenants together. It is also very close to the ski lift, if you walk about the ski one is in 4 minutes at the lift - there is a ski tow for a blue run and a chair lift for a red run. Thus, it is suitable for beginners and advanced. If you want to stay longer, so you can free ski bus to Pec pod drive (driving time ca. 10 min), this goes so ca. every half hour, departure is in the valley (ca. 6 min from the house).

Close to the slopes But I found the 70 € for the final cleaning very cheeky. The house was very dirty, oven, dust & the beds. Wonder who ever cleaned it up.
Otherwise the house is very large and well equipped.

The holiday was fine. Accommodation very nice, clean, good access to the ski slope. Large ski room. There was no heat in the building, nor was it necessary to melt in the fireplace. Finally, more vehicles could be parked at the property. Very good deal with the lady manager. For a larger group, ideal.
