The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place.

Horní Maršov, 650 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1600 sqm, open garden plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The house is still the object CSR RIG 537 (6 people). View from the property on the forest and pond. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) in the carport and on the property.
