Description
The standig individually holiday home is modern and rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Kořenov, 700 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located on the creek. In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot (for 7 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: central heating (gas), electric heating, underfloor heating. Facilities: cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 4 m x 7 m, depth 1 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the end of June to the end of August. Pool is heated when air temperature is above 13 ° C. Temperature from the pool is therefore influenced by air temperature and therefore can not be guaranteed.

Very nice house, small defects such. B communication problems with local contact. Very nice owner.

Clean domicile. Railing at the entrance is missing. Should be appropriate, especially since children and the elderly have more security.

7 bedrooms, large living area and TV with antique. Kitchen, property by the stream with campfire site, breakfast in pension 500 meters walk, 5 bathrooms ...

The object has a central location.
Shops, restaurants and the ski area were within walking distance in no time. For 20 people, although the sleeping facilities are available but there is not enough space for a meal together. The staircase in front of the house could be made safer with a railing and a canopy, since there is a risk of falling in winter.

Great price and quality and very friendly service. The house offers a lot of space. It is old and the equipment in the kitchen can be better. But if you are not especially fond of luxury, it can be more than good. Highly recommended.
