The standig individually holiday home is rustic furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place.

Frydlant, 380 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 4000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Garden pavilion with garden furniture The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (5.5 m x 3.7 m, depth 1.5 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the end of August.

We all had a great time, the equipment was not high. For everyday use everything is there. The decor is old but did not bother us. It was a good thing that you do not need a car in the evening and can run into the center to the restaurants. Beautiful was the conclusion in the garden by the fire

A journey through time with an internet connection: the fireplace and stoves can be heated, in the large garden there is space for barbecuing and for sitting together around a small campfire or simply under the patio roof. If you like it, you can hop into the pool in midsummer. Vacation in a film set from the Czechoslovakian period before the fall of the Wall.
