The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1950, renovated in 2010 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.

Hroznětín, 500 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment is suitable for families with children. Maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Please accept bed linen and cots when booking. The house also has an apartment CSR EZG 098 for 6 people. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house.

central heating (gas), underfloor heating. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 10 m, depth 1,4 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the end of June to the beginning of September.

Bedroom with 2 single beds, 3 extra beds on bunk bed (upstairs) (only suitable for children under the year of 10), 1 bunk bed and 3 cots. Cooking nook (walk-through room) with TV, dining area (9 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 2 sinks and window. Separate toilet with 1 sink, WC and window.
