Description
The detached holiday home, renovated in 2010, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the woods and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for your exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire area. Lockable bicycle storage room. The owner occasionally stays in the rear part of the property to maintain the pool or clear snow.
Location
Hroznětín, 500 m a.s.l. The holiday house is located on a 2000 sqm large, enclosed garden property with meadow, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The accommodation is only suitable for families with children, youth groups are prohibited. Always order bed linen with your booking. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.

prima Lage für Aktivitäten aller Art wie:
- Wandern
- Rad fahren
- Pilze suchen
Ein negativen Punkt hab ich trotzdem. Der Grundpreis war relativ hoch. Der Außenpool war (Wochenende April zu Mai) noch nicht eröffnet und wir konnten die Anlage nicht vollwertig nutzen. Die Nebensaison sollte doch günstiger als die Hauptsaison sein und nicht ein gleicher Preis über das ganze Jahr.
