Description
The standig individually montain hut, built in 1988 and renovated in 2015 is functional furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet hillside location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.
Location
Mariánská, 840 m above sea level. The montain hut is located on a 400 sqm, open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This comfortably furnished holiday home is located in the lower part of town, 4 km south of the spa town of Jáchymov. The access goes via a path (unpaved, length 30 m). In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot on the street in front of the house. Parking in winter 30m from the house.

Very quiet place was on the outskirts of the village Marianska, little snow, because + temperatures. Although we saved electricity, around 100 € we should pay for electricity per week, but otherwise is OK!

The house is comfortably furnished, wood for the fireplace is included in the price. For up to 4 people is enough space (and also crockery and cutlery). The house was also invested, so that you do not have the 80s standard.
Note: In winter you do not come directly to the house in snowy conditions, but must run about 130 m. With four-wheel drive or snow chains you can drive almost to the front of the house.

The house is very idyllic and quiet and it was very nice with so much snow! The only problem was that we unfortunately ended up with an extremely high electricity bill (over 250€ for a week) because electricity is used for heating and the house is not well insulated. So you have to heat quite a lot in winter to not freeze.
In addition, the places that were interesting for us were too far away.

Beautiful small, clean and lovingly eingerichtetet cottage in beautiful surroundings. Very quiet and off the beaten track. Owners live just below the house and are super great. Could use your pool. House is equipped with everything you need. Many restaurants in the nearby area. Shopping ca. 8 Km Distance. Additional costs were very low (6, - crowns the KW / h electricity, tourist tax 20, - CZK per person). All in all, I recommend it to anyone who wants to make a peaceful and relaxing holidays.
