Description
The detached mountain cabin, built in 1988 and renovated in 2015, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.
Location
Mariánská, 840 mASL. The mountain hut is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This comfortably furnished holiday home is situated in the lower part of the town, 4 km south of the spa town Jáchymov. Access is via a path (unpaved, length 30 m). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking on the street in front of the house. Parking in winter 30 m from the house.

Many hiking and cycling trails in the area (Krušnohorská Magistrale). In winter: Ski lift 1500 m in Mariánská. Ski area 6 km in Mariánská. Ski rental, ski school each 6 km in Boží Dar. Cross-country ski trail in Mariánská 2 km. Ski lift for beginners 300 m. Klinovec ski area with 12 lifts in Haj pod Klinovcem, chairlift, snowboard park, ski school, ski rental and snow cannons 11 km.

Very quiet place was on the outskirts of the village Marianska, little snow, because + temperatures. Although we saved electricity, around 100 € we should pay for electricity per week, but otherwise is OK!
