Description
The detached holiday home, built in 1886 and renovated in 2015, is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facility, terrace, and garden furniture.
Location
Bozanov, 405 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on a 1,000 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. Landscape with “Genius Loci”. The surroundings are very rich in tourist excursions, hiking trails, cycle paths, rocks (Broumov Walls almost at the house and Adršpach Rocks), forests, monasteries, Baroque buildings, churches and very beautiful nature. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. The road by the house has very little traffic, only residents.

In summer: Swimming opportunity 500 m in Bozanov (beach with meadow). Bozanov: Fishing 1000 m and tennis, golf each 9 km. Outdoor pool in Radkow (PL) 3.5 km. Multipurpose playground in the village 1500 m on request (please pre-order - the homeowner must obtain the key in advance). The area is very rich in tourist attractions, hiking trails, cycling paths, rocks, forests, and beautiful nature. In winter: Ski area 60 km in Mladé Buky. Cross-country ski trail in Bozanov 6 km.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is at ground level and leads via the terrace directly into the entrance hall with doors to all rooms.

Eat-in kitchen (40 sqm, walkthrough room) with seating area, TV, tiled stove, stereo system, DVD player, dining area (10 seats) and access to the terrace (60 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, parasol). Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with dining area (10 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (9 sqm) with shower and 2 washbasins. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
First floor: Bedroom (38 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed. Hall (22 sqm) with seating area. Bathroom (12 sqm) with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Attic: Bedroom (25 sqm) with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and DVD player.
House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: electricity 0,40 € per kilowatt hour based on usage. final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 50 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: chimney wood 54 € per cubic meter based on usage.

The house is located in a very picturesque place, close to trails. 15 minutes walk to Poland. 5 minutes by car to Dino in Radków. The owner is very communicative, you can easily communicate in Polish. I recommend it to people who like peace and quiet
