Surrounded by forests and mountains in a quiet village setting, this is a destination where you can truly experience the feeling of a perfect holiday in every season.

The house is divided over two spacious floors and features four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both floors offer a cosy living area with a seating corner, television and dining area, giving larger groups plenty of space and privacy. The modern kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and everything needed to prepare meals together with ease.

The absolute highlight of this accommodation is the private wellness area. Relax in the Finnish sauna, unwind in the heated whirlpool for up to five people or enjoy a refreshing swim in the covered saltwater pool. The pool is open from the second half of May until September, depending on weather conditions. Outside, you will also find a spacious terrace with seating area and barbecue, perfect for long summer evenings together. While the children play in the garden, adults can fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and fresh mountain air.

This is also an excellent base for active holidays. The ski lift in Radvanice is only 600 metres away and the surrounding area offers countless opportunities for skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and mountain biking. The famous Adršpach-Teplice Rocks are nearby and form a paradise for hikers, climbers and nature lovers. In addition, the region is full of cycling routes, forests, lakes and charming mountain scenery waiting to be explored.

Families will also enjoy many great excursions nearby, including the treetop walkway in Janské Lázně, the safari park in Dvůr Králové nad Labem and several picturesque mountain villages and viewpoints throughout the Giant Mountains. Whether you prefer active days outdoors or complete relaxation in your own private wellness area, this holiday home offers the perfect combination of comfort, cosiness and relaxation.

Important information: the property is mainly suitable for families and quiet groups. Due to its location within the village, parties, bachelor celebrations and loud gatherings are not allowed in order to maintain the peaceful atmosphere for neighbours and the surrounding area.
