The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The air-conditioned apartment offers direct access to a terrace and features a fully equipped kitchen and a TV. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house. Free private parking available on site.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric hob (2 rings), refrigerator and electric kettle. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
