The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven and a fridge as well as a coffee machine. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house. Free private parking available on site.

Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment) and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Smoking is not allowed in the building.
