Dramalj. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The friendly and bright holiday apartment for 4 people is located in the Dramalj district on the famous Crikvenica Riviera and offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the jungle in front of it with its famous Ice Age cave! If you love the relaxing peace and quiet - but don't want to miss out on partying - this is the place for you! The apartment is in a paradisiacally quiet location while the bear is dancing in neighboring Crikvenica. The spacious loggias are furnished with chairs, tables and loungers and offer a postcard view of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Krk and the protected jungle. Thanks to the roof and the side walls, both loggias offer good wind protection, ideal for soaking up the sun in the cooler seasons such as autumn, winter and spring. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Large shopping center, daily weekly market, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and discos can be found in the center in neighboring Crikvenica (3.5km).In summer: Adria 600 m in Dramalj (nudist beach 200 m in Dramalj with sand, gravel, stones and rocks). Crikvenica: tennis, boat rental each 2 km. mini golf, diving, water sports each 2,5 km. The nearest rocky beach is only 200 m away, the next pebble and fine pebble beach is only 600 m away. The official nudist beach “Kacjak” is 800 m away at the campsite of the same name and offers a paradise for nudists with many hidden bays! The popular sandy beach “Crni Mol” (2.5km) is located in Crikvenica. The official dog beach “Podvorska” is located in Crikvenica (4.8km) and is dog beach number 1 on the list of the top 5 dog beaches on the Adriatic.
