Description
The house, in which there are apartments is about 150 meters from the sea. It is in the quiet part of the peninsula and the street Kacjak, town-Dramalj. Each apartment is modern, has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen (air conditioning, TV, free Internet, coffee maker, toaster, fridge ...). Two apartments are located on the 2nd floor and one on the ground floor. All three have beautiful sea view. Each apartment has 45 m2 + 8 m2 balcony and a private car park. Your vacation in an oasis the peace, by the sea, in exquisitely furnished apartments will be exceptionally pleasant.

Gorski Kotar Gorski Kotar has moderate continental or mountain climate. The area is bekant by its dense forest and water-rich resources. It is distinguished by clean air and excellent drinking water and has very rich flora and fauna. The area is not very cultivated, and only weakly coast has a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and regnenischen. It extends along the semicircular bay of Rijeka and the Vinodol channel. The highest peak: Risnjak m CRIKVENICACrikvenica originated and evolved in the area of Roman settlement Ad Turres. As fishing and small harbor of the neighboring Grizane this settlement acquired its current name at the end of the 14th century because of the small church of the Pauline monastery (Croatian: Crkva = church). Dreamlike holiday

Very nice accommodation.
Everything very clean and very friendly landlords. It was a bit hard to find because the house number is not registered yet. The drive to the house is very steep, so you should plan for it on the way to the sea.

Sehr nette Vermieter,schöne große Wohnung mit super Ausblick auf das Meer.
Super Erholung ist dort garantiert.
Der Fußmarsch zum Meer ist etwas anstrengend (Berg runter und natürlich wieder rauf).

Traumhafter Urlaub
Einfach klasse ! Wir kamen 4 Stunden später als vereinbart an und die Vemieter mußten so lange auf uns warten. Es war uns natürlich unangenehm, aber die Vermieter nahmen es sportlich. Super Service ! Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben, die Lage und der Blick sind ein Traum. Ruhig gelegen, in 6 Minuten mit dem Auto in Crikvenica. Man kann die Strecke auch wunderbar als längeren Spaziergang sehen, sehr schön entlang der Küste. Wir wurden von unseren Vermietern zum Abendessen zuhausen eingeladen, ich meine wo gibt es das noch ? Wohl nur in Kroatien. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten bei der Abreise schon das Gefühl unser Zuhause zu verlassen. Aber wir kommen wieder !

Wir fanden eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung vor . Außerdem wurden wir von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen . Die Vermieter sprachen sehr gut deutsch , dadurch konnte man sich ausgezeichnet unterhalten konnte . Die Ausstattung war prima , da im Mietpreis alles enthalten war (Klimaanlage , Heizung , Kurtaxe usw.) . Der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen .
