The holiday apartment is located in a townhouse, built in 1990, renovated in 2015 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny hillside location. For common use are available: grill possibility.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartement is located on a 600 sqm, closed garden plot with bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday Flats KVA CRI 020 and 021 (each for 4 persons), KVA CRI 022 (6 persons) and KVA CRI 023 (5 persons) are located in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property. Private parking for 2 cars in front of the house.

Outdoor pool (3,5 m x 7,5 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
