Brand 2 bedroom apartments with shared swimming pool and amazing view over the lake to satisfy all your needings, divided in 5 buildings on a 9000 sqm area with green, olives and shared swimming pool. Few meters from the new Moniga' s touristic harbour and 5 mins walk to the center.
Our apartments at Relais Rosa dei Venti are genourous in dimensions, from 55sqm for the 1 bedroom to 90sqm for the 3 bedrooms, located at the ground floor or first floor. All with lake view. We want you to feel comfortable as if you were at home: modern furnishings, air-conditioning and heating system, bed linen and towels, underground park protected by a gate, self-service laundry facilities, swimming pool with a special area for toddlers and with sun loungers and parasols, a reception will be there for you! The apartments are strategically located less than 200m from the beach and the new Moniga's touristic harbour and close to town. Lakeside you will find a beach, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and of course boat hire, scooter hire and ferries. In the center you will get bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, bank and post office. We can provide cot and high chair on request. And remember - our aim is to make you feel happy.
The 2 bedroom apartment is well sized (80 sqm) and located at the ground or top floor. Sat TV and DVD player, just in case of a rainy day! Heating and air-conditioning system. There are 2 sofas, table and chairs. The living room has an incorporated kitchen and dining area, though in summer you will probably enjoy dining outside on the balcony/porch. The living area seats 4 - 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with microwave, hob, fridge, sink, kettle and so on - everything you need to prepare your own meals. There are two bedrooms and one shower room.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed/2 single beds.
Some apartments will have one of the sofa that can be used as sofa-bed. The shower room has a sink unit, wc, and bidet.
Outside there will be sun loungers to relax gazing at the lake, BBQ facilities available on request.

Location and surroundings of object
Our residence is only 1 minute walk away from the fantastic beach, where you can swim, scuba dive, windsurf, rent a boat or a paddle boat. Just in front of the residence there is also the chance to hire a scooter or a bike. We can also offer a special treatment for our guests who want to spend their days by the beach where we have a bar with sun loungers and parasols. The centre of Moniga del Garda is dominated by the medieval castle, which nowadays contains homes. As well as its historical value, Moniga also offers excellent facilities including a bank, post-office, and tourist information office. The surrounding area is known as The Valtenesi and is an area dominated by terraces of olive trees and vineyards. The region is dotted with castles, villas and small villages and is renowned for its olive oil and wine, especially Chiaretto and Rosso. There are bikes available nearby so why not make a tour of the local countryside? Or take a short stroll to the beach where you can swim or rent a boat. The south of Lake Garda has plenty for all the family to see and do, so why not take a trip to Gardaland, the largest theme park in Italy or one of the many water parks or botanical gardens. There is plenty to do if you love water sports and we even have golf courses close by. Moniga del Garda is also an excellent base if you want to take a day-trip to Venice, Milan, Verona and Mantova.

All the apartments and all rooms have air-conditioning and heating system. Relais Rosa dei Venti is thought to satisfy all needs a family may have. You can come here with your parents with a tata or with your friends, we will always find the best solution for you!Thanks to a special camera, all the apartments will be able to see on TV, what' s happening in the swimming pool - ideal for parents to keep an eye on the kids! The pool is shared between the apartments in the residence, and has plenty of space to relax. There are sunloungers and parasols for your use. A part of the swimming pool has a depth of 50 cm for toddlers. BBQ facilities available on request.

The price was twice as high as indicated on the internet.
The price shown to me on Ferienhausmiete.de for 4 nights was 440€. When inquiring with the landlord, it suddenly doubled. This is misleading.
