Description
The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 1724, renovated in 2023, and is furnished in a rustic and typical local style. The property is also popular because of the view of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location on the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use: lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Please note: Canoes are available in limited numbers with prior reservation and no transport service. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or order them when booking.
Location
Gollmitz. The holiday apartment is located on a 2000 sqm large, enclosed garden and waterfront property with a lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only occasionally lives in a separate building on the property. The half-timbered house is a listed functional watermill. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments: BRA UCK 001, BRA UCK 002, BRA UCK 003 (each for 3 people), BRA UCK 004 (for 2 people), BRA UCK 005 (for 12 people). The apartments have been ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room serves as both a museum and a communal room for celebrations with up to 50 people. Use of the communal room is subject to a fee and must always be requested and agreed upon in advance. Additionally, there is a communal room for 24 people with a fireplace and television available for a fee. The holiday apartment is not suitable for residential groups. With a diameter of six meters, the waterwheel is the largest in northern Germany. A garden sauna with a bathing barrel is available. The property is enclosed with a fence and the stream. You can reach the bivouac site via a suspension bridge. The house is located directly on the stream, which is called Strom. Access is via a side road (paved, length 300 m). Parking (for 8 cars) is available on the street in front of the house.

Natural cycling and hiking trails in the vicinity, kilometre-long canoe trips are possible from the property. High ropes course, adventure or canoe tours in the area. In summer: Naugarten Lake 3 km in Naugarten (beach 3 km in Naugarten with meadow and sand). Diving in Feldberg 20 km. Naugarten: fishing 20 m and horse riding 3 km. Tennis, water sports facilities, boat rental each 10 km in Prenzlau.

Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (8 seats), electric cooker (2 hobs), dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 3 single beds. Bedroom with 4 single beds. Kitchen (connecting room) with gas cooker (5 burners), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. 2 separate WCs each with 1 washbasin and WC.

A huge, well-tended garden with lots of special nooks and crannies, places to sit, and lovely, partly antique and creative decorations, a waterwheel, a suspension bridge, a playground, a barbecue area and a fire pit – fantastic!
