Description
The holiday apartment built in 1724, renovated in 2014 and is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. Please note: Linen and towels are to be brought along or ordered at the time of booking.

Gollmitz. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm, closed garden plot and water plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The half-timbered house is a listed, functional water mill. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments there: BRA UCK 001, BRA UCK 002, BRA UCK 003 (each for 3 people), BRA UCK 004 (2 people), BRA UCK 005 (12 people). The apartments have been ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room is a museum and at the same time a common room for celebrations with up to 50 people. There is also a common room for 24 people with a fireplace and television. With a diameter of six meters, the water wheel is the largest in northern Germany. Mill Days with events/concerts in summer 2023: May 29, June 24, July 15, August 26, 2023. A garden sauna with a hot tub has been available since autumn 2015. The stream also provides cooling. The property is surrounded by a fence and the power. A suspension bridge takes you to the bivouac. The house is located on electricity. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

1st floor: Living room (walk-through room) with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, sitting area, TV and dining area (2 seats). Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and The very well equipped communal kitchen is not in the apartment, but on the ground floor.
