The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny waterside location. The following are available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and a campfire area.

Zamárdi. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

American kitchen with TV, air conditioning, dining area (4 seats), electric hob (4 rings), fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet. Separate WC with 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

The accommodation was fully in the details on the home page. So there were no nasty surprises. Beach holiday at Lake Balaton is as generally known due to its low water depth more suitable for families with smaller children.
