Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Balatonvilágos. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Bedroom (16 sqm) with 2 single beds. Kitchen (20 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, fridge (200 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (6 sqm) with bathtub with shower attachment, 1 washbasin and window. Separate WC (5 sqm) with 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
