The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, porch swing, and courtyard. Trampoline.

Balatonvilágos. The holiday apartment is located on a 1000 sqm, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house. Parking in the courtyard and in front of the house is monitored by cameras.
