Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1988, renovated in 2022, and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Balatonvilágos. The holiday flat is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), and tumble dryer. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher.
