Description
The detached holiday home, built in 2009, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Balatonszentgyörgy. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property. No charging facility for electric vehicles.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is level and leads directly into the living room. Living room with seating area, TV, fireplace and access to the terrace (16 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. American-style kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment, shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate WC with washing machine and WC.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Really clean house with a large garden (including grill, loungers and everything you need). There is also a garage for the car.

The house is beautifully decorated. Everything is there that you need.
The only thing that would be more desirable is a fly screen for one of the bedrooms. Otherwise fees are available everywhere.
It is highly recommended. The landlords are also very nice and helpful.

Das einzige was noch wünschenswert wäre ist ein Fliegengitter für das eine Schlafzimmer. Sonst sind überall Gagen vorhanden.
Es ist sehr empfehlenswert. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
