The standig individually bungalow, built in 2006 and renovated in 2014 is rustic furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Balatonszentgyörgy. The bungalow is located on a 1000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property.

central heating (gas). Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,5 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Bedroom with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. American kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), coffee machine and electric kettle. Storeroom. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 sinks, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.
