Description
The detached holiday home, built in 2006 and renovated in 2014, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.
Location
Balatonszentgyörgy. The holiday house is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property. No charging facility for electric vehicles.

Central heating (gas). Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September 4 m x 8 m 1.5 m deep).

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is step-free and leads directly into the hallway. Living room with seating area, TV, fireplace, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (20 sq m, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Bedroom with 2 extra beds on a double pull-out sofa. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. American-style kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Storage room. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
