The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The building is located on the Siófok hill, in a quiet family home environment. No loud events and parties can therefore be held on site. It is important to keep confidentiality! The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.
