The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2009 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property. Access to the house by a 10 m long gravel road.

Outdoor pool (3 m x 6 m, depth 1.5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the end of May to mid of September.

Very nice house not far from the beach. Landlord always available in case of uncertainty. Very good and clean pool.

Is a brilliant thing with a pool at the house and the rest is then by itself.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. If something was they are there immediately. The outdoor complex is a dream. To the city center 15 -20 minute walk. We enjoyed the holiday very much.
