The holiday home, built in 1997, is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and courtyard. Swing, bowling. By arrangement with the landlord, there is the possibility to experience a rally test drive with a 15% discount. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.
Location
Siófok, 150 m ASL. The holiday home is situated on an 1800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The other semi-detached house contains the apartments BAL SIO 401 (6 people) and Balsio 656 (6 people). Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal), electric heating. Fireplace (we provide wood during the heating period for an additional charge). Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer. TV reception is via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, and a fire extinguisher.
Hygiene measures: Final cleaning with disinfection.

It is a beautiful house, with pool, great terrace and barbecue facilities. There are also plenty of opportunities for children to play.
