The house was equipped with old furniture, the kitchen was not a kettle, TV programs only in Hungarian, WIFI was not. On the use of the terrace with outdoor fireplace, but the place was court divided into two parts by a fence and a sitting area with a fireplace, we could use. Distance of 300 m from Lake Balaton, maybe the crow flies, but in fact we have to walk half an hour. Under Offer should be sandy beaches, but were grassed and the water was rocky causeway and steps. The beach is quite unmaintained, closed toilets, benches old, some broken and scattered on the grass, trash and cigarette butts. Playgrounds are too not maintain. But we were a good bunch, the weather was just right, so it was a nice vacation. Just some info alter that person did not enjoy the fireplace, sandy beaches and walks beautifully maintained promenade.

It was a pity that the owner only spoke Hungarian and no other language, but we had a fantastic holiday, it looked very nice and we had a great time.

Everything was great clean and nicely done - including the garden & the terrace :-)
The lady on site unfortunately spoke neither English nor German. Fortunately, I can speak a little Hungarian. She was very friendly :-)
The train is right outside the door, but it did not bother us so much.

Plenty of room on the beach. An hour's drive to Budapest. Affordable prices.
