The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2006 and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deckchair, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Siófok. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Directly on the shore. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
