The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, renovated in 2021 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Also suitable for families The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.
