Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2007, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire site, and courtyard. The owner speaks Slovak, Czech, and Polish. Several people in the family can speak English, so we can assist with everything.

Location
Siófok. The holiday apartment is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport and on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via satellite. TV channels only in the local language.

2 bicycles.

American kitchen (8 sqm) with gas hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 extra bed on a folding bed and TV. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and TV. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 extra bed on a folding bed (only suitable for children under 4 years), 1 cot and TV. Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. 4 bathrooms each (7 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
