The holiday home BAL MAR 145 (for 8 people) is located in the other semi-detached house.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Heating with gas convector on request.
The air conditioning unit is located upstairs in a bedroom. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite. Channels in various languages.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, can be heated, 4 m x 7 m, 1.2 m deep). Pool is for shared use with BAL MAR 145. Pool heating with solar collectors.

Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 extra bed on sleeping accommodation. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed on sleeping accommodation. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

Super cottage, recovery is guaranteed object is recommendable. Key reception is not ideal.
