Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Heating with gas convector on request. The air conditioning unit is located upstairs in a bedroom. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to early October, 4 m x 7 m, 1.2 m deep). Pool is for shared use with BAL MAR 146.

A very well equipped house with complete facilities, particularly swimming pool and barbecue are great. Only the surrounding area was a little too quiet us.
