The holiday home is a semi-detached house and modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and hollywood swing. 4 sunbeds. The house BAL MAR 145 (for 8 people) is located in the other semi-detached house.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm, closed garden plot, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot on the property.

The air conditioning unit is located upstairs in a bedroom. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. Stations in different languages.
