The residence is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Keszthely. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment BAL KES 076 (for 5 people) can be rented in the same house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) in garage and on the property.

Air conditioning. Heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), washing machine and dryer. Television reception via satellite. The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
